We provide professional locksmith services, which include lockouts, lock repair, lock installation, re-keying, and key duplication. All services are performed by trained technicians using professional-grade tools.

3. User Obligations

As a customer, you agree to the following:

Proof of Ownership: For any service related to a property or vehicle, you must provide valid identification and proof of ownership (e.g., driver's license, vehicle title, deed, or lease agreement). We reserve the right to refuse service if ownership cannot be verified.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full upon completion of the services. We accept payment via Cash, Credit/Debit Cards. An invoice will be provided upon request. Failure to make payment may result in collection actions.

5. Cancellations and Service Refusal

You may cancel a service request, but a cancellation fee may apply if our technician is already dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion, particularly if we suspect illegal activity, if ownership cannot be proven, or if the work environment is deemed unsafe.

6. Limitation of Liability

Locksmith services, especially in lockout or forced entry situations, carry an inherent risk of minor damage to doors, locks, or surrounding hardware. While our technicians exercise the utmost professional care to minimize any damage, Fast Locksmith GA is not liable for minor, incidental scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic damage that may occur during the normal execution of our duties. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the service in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
